SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS RMH
Please note that listed availability might not be applicable for multiple copies of an item, and that sudden demand for an item can have an effect on its availability. We will inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. Shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves the Remote Control Hobbies warehouse. Packages are usually shipped from our warehouse within 3 days of your order. This would be delayed if an order were placed over the weekend or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly. Shipping Information We have worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost. Order Processing and Shipping We strive to process your order and place it on a truck for shipment in three business days. But due to heavy order volume, it may take us more than three days to process your order. When you place an order, we will include the estimated shipping date on your order receipt page. You will find the same information on the table below. If it takes us longer than projected to process your order, we will update you by email. Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time. If you place an order after 2pm Eastern time, we will begin processing it on the next business day. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays. Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to in-stock products only (not pre-order or backorders). If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the Estimated Processing time. We can not guarantee Estimated Shipping Times. Those are determined by the specific carrier. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We offer limited International shipping. Where We Ship Remote Control Hobbies currently ships within the United States and Canada. Customers shipping to Canada are responsible for any additional Canadian customs, taxes and/or tariffs. Additionally, shipments to Hawaii / Alaska will be shipped via 2-day air and all orders shipping to Hawaii / Alaska will be changed to reflect this additional cost if the chosen shipping method does not meet or exceed this standard. Shipments to United States APO & FPO Military bases will be determined on a case-by-case basis due to inconsistencies with USPS. We will notify you if we can NOT ship your order to your military base. Where We Do NOT Ship Guam, Virgin Islands and everywhere else outside North America. Approved Couriers Remote Control Hobbies only uses couriers that have a tracking system, like UPS, FedEx and USPS Express Mail Service. We reserve the right to choose the most effective form of shipping for your package. If you already have an account with a shipper and you prefer to use your shipper account, contact us with your account number. You may utilize the "comments" field in the order process. Order Tracking We want to keep you as informed as possible and will send you emails as the status of your order. Initially you will be sent an order confirmation email shortly after you submit your order. After we reconfirm availability of all products in your order, we will notify you as to when your order is scheduled to ship. We'll inform you if any items in your order are out of stock and/or discontinued from the manufacturer. You will be sent an email showing which items are available to ship immediately and given the choice to either cancel or process and ship your order if any items are out of stock. If your order is shipped via UPS or FedEx, you will be emailed a tracking number shortly after it ships. You can then enter your tracking numbers for UPS Tracking or FedEx Tracking Return Policy Remote Control Hobbies wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple: As long as the item has not been open and remains sealed in original packaging - ie, unopened shipping box, the product may be returned within 10 days of receiving the shipment. There is a 25% restocking fee on all acceptable returns. Non-defective items that have been assembled, painted or altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted as a return. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, Remote Control Hobbies will also refuse to accept this as a valid return. At no time, will Remote Control Hobbies be responsible for defective items. All Defective items must by sent to the manufacture for replacement or repair. If you send a defective product to us and not the manufacture, you will void the warranty. To initiate a return you must send an email to momstoyboxusa@netscape.net explaining why you want to return the product and verifying the product will be returned in the condition stated above. Remote Control Hobbies will email you an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please include this RMA number with your return. Remote Control Hobbies will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach Remote Control Hobbies, so we suggest you use a shipper such as UPS or FedEx where you can track your package. Restricted Materials Some items on our site are regulated by the Department of Transportation, and are required by law to be shipped with certain restrictions. All orders containing flammable items may only be shipped within the United States using Surface Shipment. These materials may not be shipped to Hawaii. There is no extra fee for shipping these items. Prices & Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
